This company was set up in 2006 as an extension of Utopia Consultants to materialize the total gamut of the working experiences of the latter in the field of realty over the years into one ideal realty design, construction and delivery organization.

We took our years of experience in the field of design development and management of realty housing projects and organized our team of experienced professionals to bring to all products which are better designed, quality enriched, functional and economical without cutting the qualitative edges.

Our goal which we derived from our experience is that a certain standard quality in products can be ensured for all residential zones of the city within a single universal price structure. We definitely believe that with the right prices all standard and qualitative facilities of modern, urbane living may be ensured for one and all.

That is why it will be evident that all our products around Dhaka city at different residential locations share more or less the same standard and finishing and equipment and facilities which we think are the basic requirement of any comfortable dwelling.

With this aim and a sea of hope in our hearts we have set up this company to bring to all products which would put very simply, “serve everybody better”, and we hope and pray to the Almighty that we will receive appreciation and support from all in our this endeavour, thus helping us grow and serve the community as a well established organization.
